Natalie Etheridge, places her feet on the bronzed boots of her father, Segdwick County Sheriff Deputy Brian Etheridge, during the dedication of the new Law Enforcement Memorial of Sedgwick County outside of City Hall on Saturday. Brian Etheridge, who died in the line of duty on Sept. 28, 2009, is one of 29 law enforcement officers memorialized at the location. (April 2, 2011)
